Google Sheets

We have integrated the Lead Robots Chatbot Platform with Google Sheets, with a focus on Lead Generation, Customer Service, and Inquiry collection. Now you can store the user entered data in Google Sheets.

Google Calendar

We have integrated Lead Roots with Google Calendar, with a focus on booking appointments for various use cases. You can check the availability of your time slots and provide the available slots to the user during any point in your chatbot conversation.

Salesforce

We have integrated Lead Robots with Salesforce, with a focus on Lead Generation, Customer Service, and Inquiry Function APIs. The bot administrator will see an additional menu option called “Integrations”, where the configuration with Salesforce can be established. After successful configuration, admin can use the Salesforce node to add it to paths as needed. Currently, the following APIs are available for use:

SMS Twilio or Clickatell

Through Zapier, you can send SMS messages using Twilio or Clickatell.

JSON API

The JSON API plugin lets you get interactive responses from your own backend server, provided the JSON response is in a specific format.
